Delete Your HERAM Account

You can delete your HERAM account at any time. This page explains the two ways to do it and what happens to your data afterwards.

Option 1 — Request deletion by email

  1. Send an emailEmail support@herambatech.com from the email address or phone number associated with your HERAM account.
  2. ConfirmUse the subject line "Delete my HERAM account" and include the phone number you used to sign up so we can verify it's you.
  3. We delete your dataWe will permanently delete your account within 7 business days and confirm by email.

Option 2 — Delete from inside the app

  1. Open HERAMTap the Me tab at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Go to SettingsTap the gear icon in the top-right.
  3. Delete accountScroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. Confirm the prompt. Your account and data will be removed.

Once your account is deleted it cannot be restored. If you sign up again later, you will start with a fresh profile.
