Yes — HERAM is a real-world meet-people app. Profiles must use your real first name (last name optional) and a clear photo of your face. Fake profiles get removed.

HERAM is for users aged 18 and over.

Yes — free to download, free to use, free to host free events. We charge a small platform fee on top of standard payment processing for ticketed events.

Tap the event card → tap Going. If the event has tickets, you'll be prompted to pay first. You'll see safety reminders the first time.

Yes — open the event and tap Can't make it. For ticketed events, refund policies are set by the host.

Tap the + Host button on the Events screen. Fill in title, date, location, max attendees, cover photo, and (optionally) a ticket price. Tap Publish.

Public events show on Discover for anyone in your chosen radius. Private events are invite-only.

Discover shows people near you who are also on HERAM. You can filter by distance and, if dating is on, by interests, lifestyle, and more.

Send a friend request first. Once they accept, you can DM. HERAM doesn't allow random messages from strangers.

Open their profile → tap the friend chip → choose Unfriend.

Open their profile → scroll to the bottom → tap Block. Blocked users can't see or message you.

HERAM is friends-and-events first. Dating is a separate mode you turn on in your profile. With it off, HERAM is purely social.

Go to Edit Profile → scroll to Open to dating → flick the toggle on. You'll get extra profile fields and the Dating tab on Discover.

Yes, any time. Toggle off and you disappear from dating mode immediately.

On the event detail page, tap Share my plans with a friend. HERAM opens your phone's share menu with the event details and a check-in reminder pre-filled.

Open the profile or event → tap Report → choose a reason. Reports go to our safety team.

We review every report. Confirmed violations result in warnings, removal of content, or permanent bans depending on severity. We cooperate with law enforcement when required.

Account → tap Delete account, or follow the steps on the delete-account page. Your data is removed within 7 days.
